✿ This event will be a chance for the community to get crafty! Bring your favorite project or pastime to work on with friends; maybe it’s a card game, puzzle, or your most recent textile piece to work on.

✿ Specialty coffee drinks and mimosas will be available for purchase, Emilio Salinas will be performing an acoustic set, and local artists Caitlin Yarbro Art, Alyssa Noonen Ceramics and Jewelry, Follysome Prints, Forest City Fiber Arts, and Elara Iris will be popping up, hanging out, and sharing their work!

✿ This event is FREE to attend and is the perfect opportunity to get out of the house, get creative, and get rid of those final winter blues as we wait for spring to arrive!

We'll be hosting a holiday themed Merry Market in our Indoor Rockford City Market building (116 N. Madison St.) on Saturday, December 9th from 10am-3pm!

We'll have local vendors, live music from Andrew Robinson, seasonal drinks, and holiday cheer.

This is the perfect place to celebrate the season and shop small for all your holiday gifts!

You're invited to Rockford's very own Holiday High Tea & Wreath Making Workshop at The Market!

Chelsea Demos, owner and lead designer at Flower Girls, LLC will teach guests how to make a holiday-inspired wreath. Using seasonal accents and fresh greenery, guests will learn how to put together this classic element in holiday home decor. Whether it's hung on a door or used as a centerpiece for your next feast, this workshop will be full of tips and tricks from a professional florist!

After the workshop, Tracey Vukalovich, tea expert and owner of Vintage Goose Cafe, will guide guests through a holiday high tea. Experience the beauty of slowing down, enjoy a warm cup of tea and catch up with friends, sipping out of vintage tea sets and nibbling on handmade holiday treats!

In the midst of all the holiday "hustle and bustle", don't forget to make time to just be "present." Celebrate the season by having a unique experience with someone you love.

This event will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Tickets are $70 and must be purchased in advance HERE. Limited tickets will be available in order to maintain a quality experience for each guest. All materials for the wreath making workshop and guided high tea will be provided. See you there!

Tickets are $50 ($60 at the gate) - Admission includes tastings and live music! Opportunity to order your favorite bottles for later pickup at Artale. Food from food trucks available for purchase. Proceeds benefit the Rock River Development Partnership, the 501(c)(3) organization that manages Rockford City Market.
