We had our wedding at Rockford City Market in October of 2023. The venue was beautiful and the day of coordinator, Amy, was incredible. I credit her for our day running so smoothly. She helped with so many details and was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave me times she was available by phone or in person. I thought our wedding was perfect! I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding to consider Rockford City Market for their big day!
I loved this venue. It was perfect. The layout was perfect. And it was absolutely beautiful. We had a HUGE bridal suite and the groomsmen enjoyed their hang out room too! And Amy was out event coordinator/day of coordinator and she was amazing. It would have not run as smoothly without her. The vibe of this venue was perfect and I had so many guests that raves about it and even some that want to be married there as well!!!!! Book this place, you really won’t regret ❤️
This venue was absolutely beautiful and my husband and I were overjoyed with how everything turned out! Amy was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING. I can't imagine executing the little details without her. We highly recommend this venue as well as Amy as your coordinator. You won't regret it!
We had our wedding reception held at the Rockford City Market and definitely had the time of our lives! Initially when touring the venue we were impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They provided prompt responses to the many questions we had. Their communication was effective throughout our planning and day of activities. We felt comfortable and knew they had the intention to make our day the best possible. We did have the add-on of the bridal suite and loved having a spot to get ready that felt like an experience in itself. All and all we knew that we picked the best location that fit our vision as it has some history of Rockford and the downtown vibe that we love so much.
Our Market Hall seats up to 150 guests. We offer both round and rectangular tables, along with white garden chairs. This rental also includes the use of both our second-floor Bridal Suite and Groom's Room, as well as a rehearsal before the event.
Our Bowtruss Room seats up to 150 guests and includes round or rectangular tables, black chiavari chairs, the use of our Bridal Suite and Groom's Room, access to the outdoor balcony, and a rehearsal before the event.
With vanities for hair and makeup artists to work on site, a coffee maker and mini fridge for snacking all day, racks for hanging dresses and suits, and a cozy couch for relaxing and hanging with friends, our Bridal Suite is the perfect place for a bride to prepare to say "I DO"!
Having full-day access to the venue allows for couples to enjoy their wedding day from start to finish. No need to rush back and forth between the venue and a hotel, get ready right here in our suites and enjoy a drink or two while spending the day with your best friends!
