This commercial-grade kitchen, located on the top floor of the Rockford City Market building, isn’t for us—it’s for you, for Rockford.
There’s nothing we value more than local people starting up local projects that they’re passionate about. However, we know it can sometimes feel like a long and uncertain road, with expenses, to reach the finished product, especially when it comes to selling food to the public. So we’re here to help!
Do you dream of starting your food truck? Do you want to open your own restaurant or catering business? Have you considered having your own food vendor space at the Outdoor Market? We love that and we support you.
Rent our incubator kitchen and start meeting those goals. Take the risk and begin laying the groundwork to owning your own restaurant or catering business, or starting that food truck! We can’t promise that the road will be easy, but we can promise that our kitchen is state-of-the-art and our kitchen manager is here to help.
