2020 Outdoor Market -- Week 6
It’s hard to believe we just wrapped up the sixth week of the Market…
We’re grateful Friday was such beautiful weather! After one week with tornado sirens, followed by a week with some hot and humid weather, it was nice to enjoy a nice summer evening at the Market.
Did you have a chance to listen to Three Good Men on our Main Stage? They’re definitely one of our favorite local bands and we love being able to enjoy them with everyone at the Market.
Andrew Robinson was playing inside our building in our Market Hall, and it was such a treat (if you missed hearing him play, I’m sure he’ll be back later in the year for our Indoor Markets!) His son also helped him sing a couple songs and honestly, it was one of the cutest things we’ve ever seen.
Speaking of our Indoor Building…be sure to stop by the next time you’re at the Market! It’s located right across the railroad tracks in between The Standard and Division and Co.! We typically don’t have any vendors in our Market Hall, but we do have restrooms, live music, additional seating, and AIR CONDITIONING!
We’ve also got a second bar inside that we love to stock with seasonal sangrias and punches! This week we had a Summer Citrus Sangria and Blueberry Vodka Lemonade! Be sure to stop by and check it out!
We were also very excited to welcome a new vendor this week…Mighty Microgreens! They specialize in microgreens of all kinds, perfect for some colorful summer dishes. They’ll be with us the rest of the summer, so be sure to check them out under the pavilion while you’re at the Market!
