Meet us at the Market for Yoga with instructor Stacy Morrissey! Stacy is RYT 500 certified and welcomes all levels/abilities.

The class is $12 -- Mat provided, or you can bring your own!

Cash will be accepted at the door or pay in advance through Event brite!

Class takes place in our beautiful Bowtruss Room in the Indoor Rockford City Market building. Make a morning of it and have brunch at Crust & Crumbles, Velvet Robot, or Guzel!
