About The Market Venue

Located inside the Rockford City Market building, The Market Venue offers a one-of-a-kind downtown setting for all of your celebrations. Built in 1921 as one of the first Harley Davidson dealerships, the space highlights its original character with exposed brick and a bowtruss ceiling while incorporating modern updates throughout.

The Bowtruss Room and Market Hall each bring their own style. The Bowtruss Room features high ceilings and a private outdoor balcony, while the Market Hall is bright and modern with glass garage doors that open to the city.

Located in the heart of downtown Rockford, The Market Venue is surrounded by restaurants, a hotel, and local shops, making it the perfect spot for a memorable experience. Our central location makes us a perfect midpoint between Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison.

Private Event Pricing

Bowtruss Room or Market Hall

Sunday - Thursday Day or Night Rate: $100/hour
Friday & Saturday Day Rate: $150/hour
Friday & Saturday Night Rate: $250/hour
*Four hour minimum required

The Pavilion

Private Rate: $100/hour (or $750/day)
Non-Profit Rate: $65/hour (or $500/day)
*The Pavilion is unavailable on Fridays from May through September, as well as on weekdays before 5:30pm.
