Puppy Pilates brings together movement, laughter, and adoptable dogs for a relaxed class led by a local instructor and supported by our animal rescue partners. Expect light Pilates, puppy breaks, and time to connect with other dog lovers.

No Pilates experience necessary. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
