Quixotic Bakery started outside under the pavilion at our market on Friday nights serving some delicious cookies and brownies. Over the past couple years they’ve grown and evolved into a brick and mortar ice cream shop and bakery in our Market building!
Daily they offer a variety of ice cream sandwiches, cookies, brownies, cereal bars, raspberry ribbons cookies, chocolate confections, and ice cream by the scoop! (p.s. they have gluten-free and dairy-free options as well!!)
