Our organization works to bring new life to downtown Rockford by establishing a weekly tradition that draws people into the heart of the city, creates a vibrant community center, increases business at downtown shops & restaurants, and serves as an incubator for new businesses.

The 2019 Bite Nite at City Market Pavilion is located at the City Market Pavilion at 100 N. Water Street in Rockford on the Saturday, July 27 from 4p.m.-9p.m..
Bite Nite at City Market Pavilion was started in 2017 by local nonprofit, the Rock River Development Partnership (RRDP), to bring people downtown and showcase the many restaurants and other vendors that Rockford and the surrounding area has to offer. The event offers local food and beverages, and two live bands. Patrons vote on their favorite foods in each category and winning vendors are awarded plaques to take home and show off. Event is $5 admission and proceeds benefit RRDP to continue helping to better the downtown area.
