Trogg's Hollow is a family-owned and run farm doing biointensive urban farming located in Elgin and Poplar Grove, Illinois. Their goal is to grow good food naturally and to live and farm as sustainably as possible. The family believes it is important to be aware of what we eat, and they like to be a part of the growing process. Healthy, natural food means a healthy body and healthy mind, which makes dealing with the rest of life's craziness a little easier.
