We’ve been doing a lot of behind the scenes prep to get ready for the Outdoor Market season. Even though it’s literally freezing outside, summer is right around the corner. For us that means scheduling live music, planning a market layout so all our vendors know where to set up every week, and sending out vendor applications—all with the help of a lot of caffeine. May 15th is opening day, and honestly we can hardly wait.

We are BIG live music fans here at the Market, and we love bringing local musicians in to perform at our events. That being said, this winter we created a series called Music and the Market: An Evening With… to really showcase some of the great musical acts in the area, and to create a relaxed Friday night outing at the Market (complete with a variety of seasonal cocktail options!). This month we hosted Josh Cohen, and it was such a treat. I definitely recommend checking out some of his music when you get a chance.
Next month is Music at the Market: An Evening With Espinosa & Coffey! We’ll see you there!
Plus…it happened to be Crust & Crumbles first ever Panini Night this Friday! Just when we thought we couldn’t love anything more than their pizza, they outdid themselves and gave us some amazing paninis. Paired with a Bell’s IPA from their cooler…wow. Amazing.
WHISKEY & WINE! We have been brainstorming, planning, organizing, and dreaming of this event for months! It was so exciting to see it all finally come together to create a fun Saturday night for all the whiskey and wine lovers in the area. Artale Wine Co gathered some of the best whiskey and wine vendors from all over the country and brought them together under our roof. We had food from some amazing local caterers and Cole Brandt performed all night.
We want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who made it out to this event, and to all the vendors that came to give samples and talk about some of their favorite whiskey and wine. This truly was a night to remember. We’re thinking maybe an annual event?
